For over 15 years the preparedness principles taught in Marlene's Magic with Food Storage have been shared throughout the United States and Canada. Marlene's goal to help people develop a food storage plan that will be life sustaining in a time of need has grown beyond what we could have imagined. Hundreds of seminars and demonstrations have expounded on the need of proper preparedness and nurishment for you and your family in troubled times. The principles also teach how it will help now with saving you on your monthly food budget.
With personal, family related stories of famine, starvation, wars, and with recent disaster tragedies, these lectures bring to life the necessity to be prepared for any situation.
When possible, we are glad to come visit your local group, community or business. We would love to share our presentation with you and explain the important facts about food storage, how to use it and why it's vital that we eat nutrionally during a tough time.
If you are interested in scheduling a presentation, please contact us for information. In certain instances, we can provide our services free of charge. Please review the following basic guidliness that we need in order to share our presentation.
1) We often do not charge a standard fee, but it generally costs $1.50 per person that attends for the food/dinner that is provided as part of the lecture. Whether we buy the food or you do, this expense has to be covered.
2) We ask that you expect about 120 persons to attend. Please contact us if you have a smaller group. Often times we can invite others in the area to attend. (If this is for an Enrichment Night activity, we must insist that the men be invited to this one.)
3) We ask 4-5 people to help with the preparation of the seminar as well as 4-5 people to help clean up afterwards. Help includes set up/clean up and cooking some demonstration food. (This is a great way to prove anyone can make this stuff!)
4) Any extra costs such as long distance travel would need to be discussed.
